To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain items such as personal care, hygiene products, or customized goods are non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Depending on your bank, refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
